Hiya everyone and welcome to my blog!
It is the last day of #littleweekofblogging and today I am bringing you a ‘what I eat in a day’ blog post! I’ve absolutely loved doing this week of blog posts and hope to do so again in the future! But I absolutely love reading ‘What I eat in a day’ posts or watching them on YouTube, so I thought I would share my own! I would also like to say that I tried to make the pictures as exciting as I could (HAHA), so I hope you enjoy! Let’s get into it!
I’m pretty boring when it comes to breakfasts. I normally just go for toast or cereal and occasionally porridge. This morning I had a bowl of chocolate pillows from Sainsbury’s and a big glass of water. I’m trying to drink more water at the moment, so I find that having a big glass of water on a morning really sets me up for the day.
I normally have a snack at about 11am when I have finished my online lecture and I’m waiting for my seminar video call to start. This will usually consist of a cup of coffee or tea and a couple of biscuits or banana to keep me powering through my seminars!
For my lunch today I decided to have two cheese sandwiches in these Warburtons sandwich thins, with a packet of crisps, a banana and a yogurt. I love having little snacky lunches with different things to pick from! Anyone else? I will usually have another cup of water with my lunch too.
At about 3pm I usually have another little break between my afternoon lectures. Today I decided to make myself a smoothie. I added a banana, strawberries, a peach, pineapple juice, natural yogurt and a little bit of honey! It was so nice, a 10/10! Sometimes I will have an iced coffee or a biscuit/ piece of fruit, but a smoothie was enough for today!
For tea we had sausages, mash and carrots, a standard tea in our household! Then for pudding, my brother’s girlfriend made a jam roly poly which was lovely and something a bit different! I was absolutely stuffed so I had a little lie down and played some animal crossing while it settled!
Before I go to bed I usually have a little something. It tends to be a cup of tea and a biscuit because it’s just the perfect treat before going to bed! I feel like everyone does this, right!?
I hope you enjoyed this post! What are some of your favourite meals? Let me know in the comments! Have you seen yesterday’s #littleweekofblogging post? I’ll link it here if you’d like to check it out! Thanks for supporting me during my week of blog posts! And as always, thanks for reading and stay safe!
